Meet our team
CDR is more than just a group of individuals. We are united by a common goal: excellence in everything we do and a commitment to assist diverse populations in overcoming barriers to community participation. We embrace collaboration and foster an environment where every voice is heard and valued.
CDR serves as an AmeriCorps VISTA sponsor for anti-poverty work, with programming in economic opportunity (employment and financial literacy) and education (tutoring and after-school activities).
Between them, the people below run every program on this site: small business and entrepreneurship training, financial education, self-sufficiency referral assistance, the SEED diversity seminars, and AmeriCorps VISTA sponsorship.
