Yoke-Sim Gunaratne
Executive Director
Yoke-Sim has served as Executive Director of Cultural Diversity Resources (CDR) since its inception in 1994. She has more than 27 years of knowledge and work experience on nonprofit issues, working with Black, Indigenous and People of Color populations and diversity issues.
Her past work experience includes serving as Community Development Officer at North Dakota State University and Refugee Resettlement Manager with Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree and a Master of Arts in Sociology.
Yoke-Sim provides cultural awareness training and consultation to diverse organizations and businesses throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.
