Impact and stories

Our impact

For more than three decades, Cultural Diversity Resources has helped immigrant, refugee, and BIPOC neighbors in Fargo-Moorhead start businesses, build financial security, find stability, and lead. Here is what that work looks like.

CDR runs nine program areas across Fargo and Moorhead, interprets in more than a dozen languages, convenes the Multicultural Alliance of BIPOC nonprofits, and hosts cultural events that have drawn more than 1,800 people in a single day. The organization received the 2023 DEI ChamberChoice Award, and its Executive Director was named a 2024 McKnight Heart of Community honoree.
